He is a registered attorney at the Istanbul Bar. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kocaeli University. After completing his studies at Kocaeli University, he pursued further education in 2021 at Universiteit Leiden, where he attended courses such as "International Law in Action: A Guide to the International Courts and Tribunals in The Hague," "The Arbitration of International Disputes," and "Investigating and Prosecuting International Crimes." Following that, he completed the "Legal Tech & Startups" course at IE Law School.
His primary areas of expertise include Venture Capital Investment Law, Contract Law, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Information Technology Law, and E-Commerce Law. His professional focus is predominantly in Corporate Law and Contract Law consultancy, providing services to both domestic and foreign funds in venture capital investments. Furthermore, he supports technology startups in their investment and corporate structuring processes.
